Welcome to Notezy. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding your data when you use our mobile application ("App").

Notezy is an "Offline-First" note-taking application. We do NOT collect, transmit, distribute, share, or sell any of your personal information, notes, checklists, or application usage data. 


All your data (notes, checklists, and preferences) is stored entirely locally on your device's internal storage using secure local databases. No data is ever sent to our servers or any third-party servers.


3. Advertising and Analytics

Notezy does NOT use any third-party advertising frameworks (such as AdMob) or third-party analytics trackers (such as Google Analytics or Firebase). Your usage is completely private.


4. Permissions

Notezy does not require or request any sensitive permissions from your device (such as Camera, Microphone, Contacts, Location, or external storage access). The App only runs securely within its own isolated sandbox.


5. Data Security & Deletion

Because your data is exclusively stored on your device, you are solely responsible for its backup and security. 

To delete all your data permanently, you can simply:

- Delete individual notes within the app.

- Clear the App's data or cache via your Android Settings.

- Uninstall the App from your device.


6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy and by notifying you within the App if required.
