This Privacy Policy explains how "Reverse Singing Record" ("we", "us", or "our", 

Application Package: com.echoflip.audio) handles user information and personal 

data when you use our mobile application on Android devices.


By downloading, installing, or using Reverse Singing Record, you agree to the 

practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. CORE PRIVACY PRINCIPLE: 100% LOCAL BY DESIGN

We believe your voice belongs to you. Reverse Singing Record is engineered from 

the ground up to process audio locally on your device:


- We DO NOT require you to create an account, log in, or provide personal details.

- We DO NOT transmit, upload, or store your voice recordings on any remote server, 

  cloud infrastructure, or external database.

- All audio processing (recording, reversing, pitch adjustment, and speed changes) 

  is executed entirely in-memory and in your device's private app sandbox.

2. PERMISSIONS REQUESTED AND HOW THEY ARE USED

Reverse Singing Record requests only the minimum permissions necessary to deliver 

its core utility:


• Microphone Access (android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO):

  - Purpose: To capture your voice or sounds when you tap the "Record" button.

  - Scope: Microphone access is active ONLY while you are actively recording. 

    The microphone is immediately released when you tap "Stop" or navigate away.

  - Optional: You can decline microphone access and still use the app to listen 

    to and manipulate built-in demo audio.


• Network Access (android.permission.INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE):

  - Purpose: Required exclusively by Google AdMob to deliver banner and interstitial 

    advertisements and perform basic connection health checks.

  - The core recording, playback, and reverse editing engine works 100% offline.

3. LOCAL DATA STORAGE AND DELETION

• Storage Location: Your audio recordings are stored in lossless 48kHz WAV format 

  strictly inside your device's private application directory (context.filesDir). 

  No other applications on your device have access to these files.


• Sharing: Audio leaves your device ONLY when you explicitly tap "Share WAV" and 

  choose a destination app (such as WhatsApp, Instagram, or cloud storage) through 

  the standard Android system share sheet.


• Deletion: 

  - You can delete any recording individually at any time from the in-app Library.

  - Uninstalling the application immediately and permanently removes all stored 

    audio files from your device.

4. THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISING (GOOGLE ADMOB)

To keep Reverse Singing Record free to use, we display advertisements provided 

by Google AdMob (Google Play Services SDK). 


When you use our app, Google AdMob may automatically collect and process certain 

device information in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy, including:

- Mobile Advertising Identifiers (Google Advertising ID / GAID)

- IP address (used for coarse geographic location to serve relevant regional ads)

- Device and network diagnostics, crash reports, and ad interaction metrics

- Fraud prevention and bot detection signals


How Google uses this information:

Google uses this data to deliver personalized or contextual ads, measure ad 

performance, and protect against fraudulent traffic.


Opting Out:

You can reset or opt out of personalized advertising at any time through your 

Android device settings:

- On Android 12 and above: Settings -> Privacy -> Ads -> "Delete advertising ID"

- On earlier Android versions: Settings -> Google -> Ads -> "Opt out of Ads Personalization"

5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY (COPPA / GDPR-K COMPLIANCE)

Reverse Singing Record is designed as a general-audience audio utility and is 

not directed to children under 13 years of age (or under 16 in the European 

Economic Area / United Kingdom). 


We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children. 

If a parent or guardian discovers that their child has provided personal 

information through third-party ad networks, please contact us and we will 

take appropriate steps to investigate and assist.

6. SECURITY OF YOUR DATA

Because we do not operate remote servers or store personal data, there is no 

centralized repository of your recordings vulnerable to data breaches. Your 

recordings are protected by Android's native application sandbox architecture.


All communication between the Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google servers is 

encrypted in transit using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS).
