We prioritize your privacy and minimize data collection. 

- Data Collected Automatically (via SDKs): We use third-party advertising services (Google AdMob) that may automatically collect device identifiers, IP addresses, and app interaction data to serve non-personalized or personalized ads based on your consent.

- Data Stored Locally (Not Transmitted): All generated wallpapers, saved prompts, and your "Favorites" gallery are stored strictly locally on your device's internal storage via Room Database and DataStore. We do not upload or sync this personal content to our servers.

- Data Not Collected: We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers, or any personally identifiable information (PII). There is no account registration required to use the App.


3. Permissions Used

To function properly, the App requests the following Android permissions:

- INTERNET: Required to connect to the Cloudflare AI API to generate images based on your text prompts, and to fetch advertisements.

- ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Required to check for an active internet connection before attempting to generate images or load ads.

- SET_WALLPAPER: Required to allow you to set the generated image as your device's wallpaper directly from the App. This permission does not collect any user data.


4. Third-Party Services

Our App integrates the following third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs):

- Google AdMob (com.google.android.gms): Used to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and share Device IDs, crash logs, and diagnostic data for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention purposes.

  For users in the EEA/UK, we implement the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain GDPR-compliant consent before displaying personalized ads.


5. Data Retention

Data stored locally (your wallpapers and settings) persists on your device until you uninstall the App or clear the App's data from your device settings. Data collected by third-party SDKs is retained according to their respective privacy policies.


6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Data collected by AdMob is shared directly with Google for the purpose of ad delivery as described in their privacy policy.


7. User Rights & Control

- Opt-out of Personalized Ads: Depending on your region (e.g., GDPR/CCPA), you may be prompted to consent to personalized ads. You can change your ad preferences at any time in your device settings (e.g., Android Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization).

- Delete Local Data: You can delete all your generated wallpapers and history at any time by clearing the App data via your device's Settings > Apps > AI Wallpaper > Storage > Clear Data.


8. Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.


9. Account Deletion

Because our App operates without user accounts, there is no account deletion process. To erase all data associated with your use of the App, simply uninstall the application.


10. Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect the data handled within our App. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.


11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.
